1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website (arrowinterior.in), booking a 3D design consultation, utilizing our interactive cost calculator, or engaging Arrow Interior (A unit of S V Innovative Infra) for architectural, civil, or interior design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
Arrow Interior provides turnkey architectural construction, luxury residential interior design, modular kitchen & wardrobe fabrication, false ceiling & electrical works, and space renovation services across Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Full home modular carpentry, living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and designer false ceilings.
Structural planning, foundation, brickwork, MEP layout, and luxury villa construction.
3. Quotations & Binding Itemized BOQ
All projects are executed based on a comprehensive, itemized Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Fixed-Price Lock: Once the final 3D design and BOQ are signed off by the client, the project price is frozen. There will be zero unapproved cost escalations.
- Client-Initiated Variations: Any modifications to layout, hardware specifications, or scope requested by the client after sign-off will be quoted through a formal written change-order addendum.

5. 10-Year Comprehensive Warranty Policy
Arrow Interior provides an official 10-Year Warranty Certificate covering:
- Manufacturing defects in factory-pressed modular cabinets and core ply structures.
- Delamination, edge-band adhesion failures, or structural sagging under normal residential use.
- Up to 10-year manufacturer warranty on Blum & Hafele hardware fittings.
6. Site Readiness & Client Approvals
To ensure smooth project delivery, the client agrees to provide uninterrupted site access, water/electricity connection for on-site finishing, society permissions/passes in gated communities, and prompt sign-offs on material swatches.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any project contracts entered into with Arrow Interior shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka and India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
